Shipping conditions
Shipping takes place within Germany, the EU and worldwide.
Within Germany and the EU, the shipping costs include the respective statutory VAT.
Shipping costs
Deliveries within Germany:
The delivery of the ordered goods is usually made by DHL parcel or merchandise mail and is free of charge.
For express delivery we charge the following shipping costs:
DPD Guarantee 12,00 €
UPS Saver: 15,00 €
FedEx: 20,00 €
Standard shipping with DHL to the countries of the European Union and Switzerland is free of charge.
For express shipping - only possible to the countries of the European Union - we charge the following shipping costs:
FedEx: 25,00 € up to 3kg shipping weight - + 5,00 EUR/kg per each additional kg shipping weight.
The shipping costs for the other countries supplied by us can be found at the respective article under "Shipping Info". When shipping to countries outside the EU, any import fees, taxes or customs duties must always be paid by the buyer.
As far as in the respective offer no other period is indicated, the supply of the commodity takes place in the inland (Germany) within 1 - 3 working-days, with foreign supplies to countries in the European Union within 5 - 7 working-days after conclusion of a contract (with agreed upon pre-payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Depending on the destination, the transport service provider used and any necessary customs clearance, longer delivery times may apply:
Germany: 1 - 4 business days
Express delivery - Germany: 1 - 2 working days
EU foreign countries: 3 - 12 working days
EU foreign countries express delivery: 1 - 4 working days
Non-EU foreign countries: 15-45 working days
Non-EU express shipping: 3- 15 business days
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
In the case of self-collection, we will inform you by e-mail about the provision of the goods and the collection options. In this case no shipping costs will be charged.
